EMDR Therapy in the Treatment of Veterans with Complex PTSD, Dissociation and Moral Injury: From Fragmentation to Integration

This workshop is designed to broaden EMDR therapists' clinical knowledge in providing effective treatment of persons suffering with complex PTSD including dissociative exhibitions and moral injury. The presenter, as founder/director of Soldier Center, incorporates videos of his work in treating trauma since 9-11 as this advanced training prepares clinicians to work with challenging complex cases. Demonstrations of ego state and structural dissociation within EMDR therapy will be illustrated. Participants will learn how such approaches address specific issues in each phase of EMDR therapy's standard eight protocol.
